Ingredients:
- 1 cup uncooked jasmine rice
- 1 tsp bouillon powder chicken flavor
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 2 cups of water

Instructions:
- In a large skillet sautee/ brown 1 cup of uncooked jasmine rice in cooking oil.
- Add 1 tsp bouillon powder, 1 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 to tsp salt then immediatelyÂ
- Add 1 8 oz can of tomato sauce.Â
- Add 2 cups of water.
- Stir frequently
Cover and simmer until rice is done 30 to 45 minutes.

Serve it with grilled Mexican style chicken, Jalopeno, refried beans, tortilla, and a slices of fresh avocados.
