1. Lake District of Italy

Two of the more popular towns on this coast are Positano and Almalfi. Chances are you will be capable to find some lodging and good food to eat.
If you want to see some charming art, Ravello is the place to be. The city also has some charming parks too.
4. Cinque Terre
Cinque Terre, which means “Five Lands” is in northern Italy near the Ligurian Coast. There are about five seaside towns with different colours, such as the Amalfi Coast. The five cities that you can visit here are:
- Riomaggiore
- Manarola
- Vernazza
- Monterosso
- Corniglia
While there aren’t as many beaches here as Almalfi Beach, there are still plenty of activities to occupy your time. You can hike or even take a boat tour to get a different perspective of the landscape.
The landscape consists of steep cliffs overlooking the water. There are also hundreds of years old vine terraces.
5. Sicily
Sicily is not technically connected to Italy; it’s about 2 miles from mainland Italy. Although not connected, it’s a large island in the Mediterranean Sea. It is still an autonomous region of Italy, and there are also several smaller islands surrounding it.
Sicily is also old and has quite a lot of history and art in it. If you want to enrich yourself in culture, this is the place to do it.
One of the most vital things that can be seen on this island is Mount Etna, the highest active volcano in Europe is also on this island.
6. Lake Como
Lake Como is a fantastic place for a beach vacation. If you do not care much for sightseeing and doing touristy things, Lake Como is an incredible place to start and not worry a couple of thing.
There are diverse kinds of villas and hotels right on the beach for you to order. You will come back from your vacation looking very tanned and also feeling relaxed.

7. Venice
Venice is also another popular destination in Italy. This is among the most original because the city is built on a lagoon surrounded by the Adriatic Sea.

9. Tuscany
