It was like a black parade, aside from less music and rather fun black M&Ms, Byronesque style. More than simply a brilliant collaboration with Hotoveli, an exceptional boutique in the West Village that delivers leading edge pieces that are irresistible. Byronesque, the online designer contemporary vintage editorial and fashion site launched in 2012 is going offline again. From May 19 to June 5 serious vintage lovers can shop and explore designs that changed the course of fashion endlessly. This time with a carefully selected selection of designer vintage pieces from all over the world such as the Azzadine Aläia leather biker dress made famous by Grace Jones, a rare Comme Des Garçons from dot.COMME in Australia and an early Supreme piece that will be available in the second week of posting. This installation also features photographs Michelle Lamy and Marina Abramovic styled in Byronesque styled by Havana Lafitte and photographed by Byronesque creative director, Justin Westover. They can be seen outside the Hotoveli window projected onto two television screens.
