If your working day is longer than 6 hours, then you are entitled to take a day off within 7 days.
Employees may not, under any circumstances, be forced to work more than 48 hours in a week. If they were caught doing it, it would be against the law.

Whatever work you do, you need to ensure that you are protected and that the workplace is a safe environment for you to work in.
