That astonishing time of year is finally upon us and no I’m not talking about Thanksgiving or Christmas even although they’re great holidays but it is the fourth quarter! The fourth quarter is the craziest time of the year when we get our hands on some of the hottest and greatest sneaker releases of the year. With every fourth quarter of the year, Jordan Brand has made it a trend to release the Air Jordan 11 every year, but they had to change that and this year they finally did.
This year Jordan Brand will be releasing two new Air Jordan 11 models rather than just one to try and take over the market once more. The first of the two releases was the Air Jordan 11 “Win like Mike 82”. The model pays homage to Jordan’s iconic legacy at UNC and his stinky trend of at all times wearing his college workout shorts under his uniform every night. (hope she washed it off) This model features white mesh, leather upper, midnight classic navy patent leather, and is teamed with a varsity blue Jumpman. During a Late Night celebration with Roy, the NCAA National Basketball Champion from North Carolina was seen rocking a model together with classic UNC shorts designed by the legend himself Don C. Jordan gifted each Tar Heel player a pair to celebrate their stellar championship season.
Fans have been waiting for Jordan models like this one, but with the decline in the sneaker market, it is hard to tell if these will stick around or sell out. Most sneakerheads are betting on this seated model, but hypebeasts at all times drool over the vacations. Check out the incredible Nike images below, and look forward to the pair releasing this weekend, November 11.
