Dubai has become a mecca of events and carnivals to suit every taste and motive. There’s all the time something different going on in Dubai and between the 6th and February 28th the thing to look forward to is the second annual Dubai Food Festival. Major food festivals are currently taking place across the city under the motto ‘Find Your Taste’ offering food lovers everything from live cooking demonstrations of celebrity cooks to activities for youths and international cuisine and street food.
This year’s festival includes new additions such as Masala! Food Fair, Dubai Food & Film Festival and Street Night, and everybody’s favourite from Dubai’s first annual food festival; Beach Canteen. The Beach Canteen will take place throughout the period of the festival at Kite Beach, Jumeirah where you can enjoy 11 homely restaurant concepts offering delicious dishes while relaxing on the beach. Not only will you enjoy the sand, sun and waves as you dine, you’ll also get live entertainment such as DJs, local bands and sports activities for the entire family to enjoy.
