Everyone loves superstar collaborations, whether in music, sports or fashion, nothing beats superstar tandems. Just look at the hype created by Future and Drake’s mixtape, “What A Time To Be Alive”. Two artists with different personalities come together to create a tremendous musical form. Now we have another super tandem in the world of sneakers. Two heavyweights of the fashion game have come together to gift fans with something never seen before. For the first time ever the Jordan brand and streetwear king Supreme have decided to collaborate on an Air Jordan model that makes every sneakerhead go bananas! Supreme and Air Jordan will be releasing three different pairs of the classic Air Jordan 5. The three color choices are all white, black and red, and desert camo. Each pair features the classic look of the Air Jordan 5, but with a Supreme label in light red across the center upper of the shoe.
This collaboration would go down as one of the all-time greatest collaborations in fashion. It’s rare to see two heavyweights come together to create greatness, but with greatness comes adversity. This model will only be shown online and not in stores, making it very difficult to get hold of. Rumor has it that two of the three pairs will be released on October 15th, while the others will be released later this month. The Jordan and Supreme brands also have not told fans which colorway they will be releasing later that day. This incredible Air Jordan 5 model will be hard to snag, so do your best to grab one this weekend and see how great it’s in the images below.
