Why spend $50 on a costume you will never wear again? All of these costumes use clothing you most likely already own. And if you do must shell out some cash for these wardrobe items, fear not! You can absolutely wear them again, so you haven’t got to waste money on something you will forget on November 1st.
TINKER BELL:
The main thing you want: A GREEN DRESS. Tink is wearing a strapless bodycon, so go for something similar. If you cannot find a green dress, consider getting a white cloth dress and dyeing it green! As for the wings, you can absolutely make your own with wire and tulle, but it is most likely easiest to buy them at a Halloween store (I’ve seen fairy wings super cheap this time of year). Tie your hair in a top knot and secure it with a blue bow!
For shoes, look for green flats. If you do not mind making your own, buy some large pom-pom balls at a craft store, and glue them to your shoes. If your shoes are too expensive to make yourself, you can skip the pom pom step, or use something less permanent, like tape or sticker paper to attach the pom-poms to.

Alice in Wonderland
For this you’ll start with a light blue dress. Alice’s has sleeves and collars, but if you cannot find something precisely like that, do not worry! You’ll also want a white apron — just tie it over your dress.
Wear white tights and black or blue flats. For hair, take a black ribbon, pull your hair back, and tie it on your head. Make sure you tie it into a bow!

Pocahontas:
You will need a light brown dress to start with. If you do not mind making your own dress, cut a bunch of dark brown felt. Glue the strip to the bottom of your dress (tape it to the inside, not the outside!) to replicate the hem. When you are done gluing, pull and stretch each bit of felt, to make it look more like a fringe.
If you want a headband, measure your head with a rubber band. Cut about an inch larger than your head. Cover the elastic piece with your dark brown flannel, then attach a piece of velcro to the surplus so you can attach and remove the headband. You can even attach feathers to your headband if you want!
I’d wear this with a thin dark brown belt around the waist, with your choice of dark brown shoes. Also, head to an accessories store and buy a chunky teal necklace.
