In this day and age, looking at what your favourite beauty blogger has to say a couple of product before you commit to purchasing it has become the norm and for good reason. These are people who know their makeup, and most of the time, they are not afraid to be brutally honest when giving their opinion. They will speak frankly about quality, value for money, as well inclusivity, which has become the most significant in the beauty industry. Of course, it does not hurt that they often receive products before they even launch, so by the time we visit our favourite makeup stores, we already know what’s hot and can grab them before they sell out.
City toast
A product that certainly deserves to be first on the list is a foundation, but not just any foundation – Pro Filt’r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation from Fenty Beauty. Not only do beauty bloggers of all skin tones praise Rihanna for the incredible range of shades that allow everybody from the fairest to the darkest of individuals to find their perfect match, but the quality of the foundation is also outstanding. It does precisely what it says it does – provides a perfect photo-ready finish that does not taste cakey or patchy, and even its price is taken into account fair for the quality and amount of product. As far as foundations go, this one takes the crown.

Second to finding the best foundation is finding that perfect concealer. According to people like Desi Perkins, Christen Dominique, and also Kathleen Lights, Tarte Shape Tape is a definite favourite so far. It is creamy, has a tremendous consistency and doesn’t emphasize the fine lines around the eyes. They just love it, cannot get enough of it, so until there was a concealer that could outperform Shape Tape, estheticians stayed true and swear by this one.
Always for something new

Beauty bloggers love new products, particularly when they’re innovative and come with something new. Sometimes, the experiment was a hit and miss, and other times, it got the thumbs up. Likewise with Little Ondine vegan nail polish, which aren’t only cruelty-free (which is at all times a plus in the beauty community) but are also peelable, which makes application and removal super easy and hassle-free. The shades are pure perfection, and we are certainly here for that.

This year is actually all about the eyes, more particularly, warm, warm and rich looking eyes are painted in charming and flattering warm colours. This is why all the drugstores and makeup brands are releasing their version of warm-toned eyeshadow palettes, and the competition is fierce. However, since only one can be the winner, this year, the ribbon is due Huda Beauty Desert Dusk palette. This is among the few palettes that no YouTube blogger has anything negative to say. It’s a little pricey, that’s true, but seems well worth the investment.

Desi takes us on the high-end side, and products like the BECCA X Chrissy Teigen Glow Face Palette receive ‘glow’ reviews, but she also mentions the incredible (and very affordable) Facestudio Master Chrome™ Metallic Highlighter by Maybelline, and raved about the glow. , consistency and color.

With so many incredible lip products on the market, even beauty influencers have a hard time deciding which lip brands and trends will take home the gold this season. However, there are two things we can say for sure. One is that classic red lips remain unmatched, and Fenty’s Stunna Lip Paint has quickly become a cult classic. Lipgloss is making a big comeback, and on the innovation front, we have bloggers rocking navy, green and grey lips, so if you have ever wanted to mix them up and try something really bold, you have the beauty influencer’s stamp of approval. .
