Thursday evening retailer Luluemon Polaris hosted the Ptown Run Club helmed by Teresa Gellenbeck. Join this social running club in City Center Dublin on the P city center lot near Starbucks for a 18:30 group run. These weekly runs are generally 3-4 miles long, so bring water. No registration is required and bringing a friend is suggested.

Starting in May and ending in September, the City of Columbus and United Health Care offer a number of daily fitness classes Monday, TuesdayWednesday and Saturday taught by Ohio Fit Club instructors. Classes offered are Boot Camp, Kickboxing, Interval Training, Hip Hop Dance, Yoga and Zumba. This free class is held in the stunning Columbus Commons park in the heart of downtown and all you need is a waiver form. Once you have filled out this form, you are welcome to attend as many classes as your heart desires!

Easton Town Center retailer LL Bean does not precisely offer free fitness classes, but they do offer Discover Outdoor School Adventures. Various classes can prepare you for outdoor activities from snowshoeing, hiking, fly-fishing, paddle boarding, and more. Most classes are offered on Tuesday And Thursday night and free. However, classes have limited space and require pre-registration.

Throughout the year the Columbus Metro Parks host events ranging from yoga to skiing to all-season hiking for all ages. Dates and times for all classes are regularly updated on the metro park website. Some classes require pre-registration, so make sure to read all the details about each activity you have an interest in.

Meet up is an incredible website where people with special interests plan to meet and take part in activities together. At the Columbus meet up, there were several fitness interest groups such as Brown Girls in Columbus, Sports Monster Columbus Volleyball, Swing Dancing Columbus, and a special group for the metro environment. However, there is generally no fee to join a group, depending on the chosen group activity fees may apply.
