- 1 cup of strawberries
- 5 cups of almond milk
- 1 glass of water/coconut water
- 1 tablespoon of chia/flax seeds

- Strawberry Banana Shaved Ice:
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 1 banana
- 5 cups of almond milk
- 1 glass of water/coconut water
