While traveling throughout Italy this week, my friend and that I stumbled upon the strangest and most mouth-watering restaurant, Pinsa e Buio. From the decor to the lighting and service to the art, dinner is spectacular at this eastern Roman hot spot.
No empty tables in the entire house with what looks like a restaurant seats 100-150. The menu has lots of options for vegetarians and carnivores like me… jk but I love my meat! There are so many options translated into English for convenience so don’t be concerned about the language barrier in this astonishing place where the locals flock.
The food is great and that I would rate this a definite must stop when you’re in Rome on business or pleasure. We enjoyed locally made wines and mouthwatering dishes that will make your mouth water for the perfect pairing of flavours.
