Have you ever found the perfect pair of jeans that are irreplaceable; deuce that fits you like a glove? As soon as you try it, it feels like a cupid shot you with a needle-tipped arrow? Yes, and this isn’t your usual annoying business. For me it was love at first sight! I’m no longer oppressed. Dinners, dancing, birthday parties, shopping… we have been together every week for the last five years. Well, I do not believe in goodbyes and I do not intend to part with my lovely jeans, my life is now sultry and adventurous. We said our vows and I’m in it for the long haul. Then one day they ripped. I was devastated. I assumed that was the end!
I frantically rummaged through every impressive clothing store in Manhattan, but I could not find the perfect pair to resell. Then, one day, a friend of mine mentioned therapy – there’s hope. I did not think I had become so depressed that I needed to see a therapist, but he did send me to his main therapist – Denim Therapy.

I dropped my jeans at their Manhattan location. Within two weeks they were fixed at low cost, and shipped back to my door. My jeans and that I return to our weekly exploration, lasting six years now.
After a fantastic personal experience, I turned the tables and asked my therapist a few questions. Here’s what he said:
What is your reason for starting Denim Therapy?
I have a favourite pair of jeans and just do not want to part with them, so I made a decision to find a solution.
