Each station serves signature handcrafted drinks inspired by a different region, while offbeat options will include new creations such as the 12 spice cured salmon, ‘Lamb 26’, Beef Wellington, Beef Rendang braised with coconut curry or Delima & Tamarind chicken.
Perfectly paired free-flowing drinks, including the Melon Punch created from three types of melon and the Lemongrass Iced Tea which blends Sri Lankan and Thai flavours, will really get the party going, remember to save room for something sweet. The dessert section will entice you with homemade ice cream, mouthwatering cakes and the biggest highlight of all, the chocolate counter stuffed with pralines, brownies, shooters, mud cakes, cookies, chocolate mousse, chocolate slabs of various flavors and much more.
Kids will be kept busy with their own amusement at Little Explorers’ Corner, where they can use coloring books, play with Legos and decorate cakes with the help of the chef. Dawn & Dusk
The aptly named poolside bar serves barbecue daily from 13:00 to 21:00. Located on the 54th floor rooftop, Dawn & Dusk offers spectacular views of Dubai city. Head there to build your own burger or indulge in your favourite barbecue paired with a refreshing drink from the pool bar. Burgers start from AED 65, while barbecue favorites start from AED 35 and include breaded fried prawns, pulled beef brisket, veal kofta, chicken fajita, fried calamari amongst others.

SHINE SPA
Spa Shine offers guests a rejuvenating gift with a 30-minute body polish and a 60-minute Deep Tissue or Swedish massage, followed by relaxing in the hotel’s rooftop pool – all for only AED 425.
There is also a promotion in the couples therapy room, with a two hour session costing AED 1200. Couples can opt for a couples package which is held in a especially designed room with Jacuzzi. High tea in the treatment room and daytime access to the hotel’s rooftop pool are included in the package.
Shine Spa has separate men’s and ladies’s areas, each with its own Jacuzzi and steam room, and 10 individual treatment rooms.
