It’s the season to be a Jolly and what a time to be a sneaker head! Every year there are special releases that bring joy to the hearts of sneakerheads and these releases normally come during the vacation season. Jordan Brand has been rewarding sneaker fanatics with the new Air Jordan 11 for the last few years. We’ve received Breds, Concords, Cool Greys, Gamma Blues, Columbia’s, Space Jams, and now “72-10”. This model is used to commemorate Jordan’s outstanding season during the 1995-1996 season when he and his fellow Bulls achieved the NBA’s biggest regular season record. They went on that year to win their fourth NBA championship by defeating the Seattle SuperSonics, who went on to earn two more championships and their second three-peat finish.
This model includes a see-through toebox, an all-black leather upper, and black leather along the back of the shoe. A red jump is featured on the top in addition to an all-white underside with a clear sole. What’s more, Jordan Brand has 72 on one end of the lace and 10 on the other. Many fans have been clamoring for these shoes ever since rumors arose about their release date earlier this year. This will be Jordan’s hardest release to grab hold of this year and is bound to create a frenzy when they release it this Saturday, December 12th.th for a price label of 220$.
Many fans have questioned why Jordan Brand decided to increase the price to $220? This has become commonplace and we have seen prices go up every year. Hopefully, we see the price of the Jordan release stagnating, but the more hype they create, the higher the price will increase. Check out the slick shots below by Finishline and Nike, and make sure to battle for your partner this Saturday.
