A new survey reveals that millennials are more likely to look for hotels with luxury services such as dry cleaning (32 percent), massage or spa services (30 percent) and pet-friendly services (23 percent) than older travelers. In addition, surveys show millennial travelers are more likely to say ‘deal breaker’ if a hotel is not near public transportation.
National phone survey commissioned by Chase Card Servicereached 1,002 tourists (18-67 years) who stay in hotels at least five nights per year for business, leisure or both.
