During the vacation season, part of the cast of “The Office” gathered at the show’s writer Greg Daniels’ home for an off-screen lunch reunion, but Kate Flannery, best known for her role as Meredith Palmer on the sitcom, was missing.
Kate sat down with me and revealed why she had to miss her epic pre-holiday reunion.
“I couldn’t be there because I was on my way,” Kate said. The actress and singer is currently touring the country with Jane Lynch, “Glee” vocal arranger Tim Davis, and The Tony Guerrero Quintet, promoting their album, Swinging Little Christmas. “I did see a few people from ‘The Office’ but I need to make sure I get to see more people because I miss them so much and we had nine years together which were amazing.”
Reflecting on his time with the hit show NBC, “It’s all over. No matter how great they are, they all end in the end. I’d say ‘The Office’ definitely has another life from Netflix and what’s on 12 times a day on Comedy Central? If you’re stuck in the hospital, and you don’t have access to a remote, you should probably watch ‘The Office.’”
