The New York Cosmetology and Beauty Chamber of Commerce was founded by Charito Cisneros, who has over 35 years of background in makeup, having held positions ranging from small business owner to cosmetology instructor. He has led this room to win several awards such as the “Small Business Champion Award.” The chamber now has more than 5,000 members as it expanded to the Connecticut area this year.
