There are several protocols you can implement that will keep clients secure, and if you practice these protocols you’ll build a robust client/client relationship.

If you do business in your own store, keep your customers physically safe. Doing things like ensuring floors are at all times dry and freed from debris and security cameras up and running are effective ways to ensure everyone seems to be protected if something should occur. Always keep walkways clear inside your shop so that the risk of falling or tripping is greatly reduced.

On the outside of your shop, ensure it’s sidewalk repaired and the parking area is undamaged and simple to navigate so there are not any falls and fender dents that you’re guilty of not providing a safe place for people to walk and drive.

Keep clean

If you run a brick and mortar store or office where your clients can come for meetings or customers can come into the shop, ensure everything is clean and germ free. In a time when germs and sickness are everybody’s top concerns, being aware of this and showing your clients that you care about their well-being will earn you big points.

So many people are more interested in ensuring their business survives that they put the customer first. It’s nice for purchasers to see you care about them because that way they will feel safe and they will be more loyal to you. Do the right thing and show people who you care so you can build good relationships with everybody.
