Shannon Elizabeth, Actress & Child Courage Ambassador, appeared live on the Mount Sinai TV KidZone located at Kravis Mount Sinai Children’s Hospital on Fifth Avenue in New York City in honor of National Teddy Bear Day. Shannon co-hosted Medical Bingo with Child Life Specialist, Nicole Wood, as kids played right from their hospital beds.
After the winners were announced, Shannon joined EnCourage Kids Foundation CEO & President Michele Hall Duncan to deliver Teddy Bears to the children. “Nearly 2,400 bears were given to hospitalized children for National Teddy Bear Day 2019! Shannon Elizabeth brings her incredible love of animals and children to life as presenter of KidZone TV today. We are thrilled to have her as an EnCourage Kids Foundation Ambassador,” said Duncan.
“What a great afternoon co-hosting Medical Bingo and delivering Teddy Bears to pediatric patients for National Teddy Bear day. KidZone TV from Mount Sinai is a state-of-the-art interactive production and broadcast studio that produces live programming three times a day, seven days a week, for pediatric patients and families.
